Caliber Balancing provided the air & water balancing, fire damper testing, sound level readings and room pressurization testing including pressurization testing for isolation rooms.

University of Alberta Chemical Materials Engineering Building (CMEB) - Demand Control Ventilation Implementation

We were pleased to partner with the University of Alberta to provide the air balancing for the the multi-phased redevelopment of the existing 20,000 sq.m., ten-level CMEB building. The renewal allowed for safer handling of chemicals used for research while improving the energy and ventilation systems of the facility. In addition to balancing the general exhaust in all the labs we also balanced the Phoenix Valves that serve the storage cabinets.

We were pleased to partner with Alberta Health Services to provide air balancing and fire damper testing for the Westlock Health Care Centre. This full-service hospital provides various services and forms of surgery ranging from maternity, dialysis, physiotherapy and rehabilitation. MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, x-ray and laboratory testing. We re-balanced the entire hospital and verified all existing fire dampers were functioning properly.
